BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 2200 block of Bonds Terrace, being on the northeast and southeast line of Bonds Terrace southeast of Napier Drive. Lot 5 and the north 15 feet of lot 6, Bond's Terrace, as shown by plat of record in plat book 23, page 24, ROHC; lot 2, Final Plat of Paul Bond II Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 50, page 267, ROHC; and an unplatted tract adjacent to and northeast of the northeast line of lot 4, said Bond's Terrace; being the property described in deed book 4455, page 702, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149H-E-4, 5.1, and 16. from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. All access points being approved by the City Traffic Engineer. 2. All existing easements are retained.
